Service Usage

Permitted Use

You may use HeyBatman services for:

Prohibited Use

You may NOT use our services for:

• Delivery of illegal substances or items
• Hazardous materials or dangerous goods
• Items that violate local laws or regulations
• Harassment or abuse of delivery partners
• False or fraudulent orders

Batman Delivery Riders

Our delivery partners ("Batman riders") are independent contractors who:

• Are thoroughly vetted and background-checked
• Maintain professional standards
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines
• Respect customer privacy and property

While we strive to ensure quality service, customers should treat all delivery partners with respect and courtesy.

Payments and Fees

Payment terms include:

• Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and urgency
• Additional charges may apply for special handling
• All payments are processed securely through our platform
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• Tips for delivery partners are optional but appreciated

Limitation of Liability

HeyBatman's liability is limited to the actual value of the delivery service. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
• Damage to items not properly packaged

Maximum liability is limited to the delivery fee paid for the specific service.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the HeyBatman platform are owned by Ai Pinnacle & Top tech Inc. Users may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Reverse engineer our applications
• Create derivative works based on our platform

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of HeyBatman services will be resolved through:
